Awards will be conferred on the winners at a five star, gala banquet-style event to be held later this year. This is billed to be the biggest gathering of extraordinarily capable and accomplished Africa domiciled real estate operators ever convened. The strictly by invitation event will be attended by the delegations from winning enterprises and institutions, award winning individual personalities and their guests, some key sovereign government and multilateral institutions executives who are stakeholders in the real estate industry and markets, selected civil society leaders from around the continent, representatives of the diplomatic corps resident in Africa and the international media among others. It will therefore provide attending real estate industry operators and investors a unique opportunity to network with their most exemplary counterparts from all over the continent as well as wider stakeholders in their professional and business activities, again on a continental level, including executives of associations they belong to.

The condition for being conferred with an award is that, every awardee is required to personally attend the pan continental conference and subsequent awards conferment event. This is to ensure the high profile of both events as they deserve. To this end arrangements will be made to host attendees, including the delegations of winners and a limited number of their guests, at the awards conferment event.
