About the Awards

The Pan African Real Estate Conference and Awards (PAREDCA) have been conceptualized to identify and publicly recognize outstanding performance and conduct in the real estate development industry across the continent. The awards ultimately aim to encourage investment, good ethical conduct and professional expertise in the industry, both within sovereign jurisdictions and on a pan African basis. This will be achieved by enabling the recognition and acclaim given awardees to be leveraged to attract public goodwill, and the patronage of supply/value chain operators, business support service providers and end use customers.

Private enterprises, public institutions and other pertinent organizations directly – and in some cases indirectly – involved in the design , construction, delivery and financing of real estate, in Africa, or elsewhere in the world but available to Africans, are eligible as well as industry chieftains in their personal capacities. For the purposes of these awards only residential and the residential components of mixed developments will be considered.

The awardees will be selected using a comprehensive selection process beginning with self and third party nominations , followed by authentication of compliance to our established eligibility criteria and selection criteria by our contracted, dedicated research consultants and ultimately an evaluation of each nomination using a quantitative scoring model for measuring the qualitative assessment of each nomination.

Awardees will be conferred with their awards, comprising plaques and citations at a five star gala awards conferment event scheduled for later this year. This event will be preceded by a full day pan African conference on real estate development in Africa and elsewhere in the world but targeting Africans. It will be attended exclusively by award winners and carefully selected stakeholders., who will have a unique opportunity to network, exchange expertise, experiences, ideas and perspectives and form alliances and partnerships while creating supply/value chains comprising identified exemplary quality operators in te industry across the continent and indeed beyond.

TBE also organizes several annual award schemes, including its flagship Business Executive Excellence Awards and the Feminine Ghana Achievement Awards among others; as well as corporate/institutional events such as conferences, seminars/workshops and networking fora.
